Global leadership expert, Dr Gayle Avery, takes you on a journey into 23 evidence-based leadership practices, developed together with Dr Harry Bergsteiner. Each practice demonstrably enhances the performance of your firm or team in many ways. Well known, high performing organisations already apply Sustainable Leadership practices because they pay off, as do many nonprofits, SMEs and government departments.
After setting the scene, Dr Gayle helps you understand how to manage your team’s leadership culture and introduce the other sustainable leadership practices.
During her 30 year tenure as a university professor, Dr Gayle developed a wealth of global teaching experience in designing and delivering executive education courses. Because of her wide-ranging consulting work with large, medium and small businesses, Gayle’s course material is founded in real-life examples.

Module 4. What is Sustainable Leadership? Create high-performing, resilient teams built around 23 evidence-based practices, each of which adds value to any business.
Module 5. Special topics Be inspired by leaders who use a higher social purpose to drive sustainable performance, including the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Module 6. Certification quiz By successfully completing this quiz, you become a Certified Practitioner in Sustainable Leadership, able to take your team to the next level.
