4. Working with Honeybee practices – delete this module?

The Sustainable Leadership Grid lists the 23 evidence-based practices that distinguish Honeybee from Locust leadership. However, a more dynamic way to display the Honeybee practices and their interactions is to arrange them in the form of a pyramid, with the practices grouped according to which stakeholders are most affected by them.

At the apex of the pyramid are five key performance outcomes that contribute to the sustainability of the organisation.

In this module, we introduce you to the Sustainable Leadership Pyramid and how to use it. The closing activity applies the Sustainable Leadership Pyramid to analyse a global organisation’s leadership.
