2.8 Working with case studies

This is an applied session during which you will gain experience using the Sustainable Leadership Pyramid (SLP) to identify Honeybee Leadership practices based on case studies in real organisations.

In the video, practising managers discuss the Holcim case study. It’s a good idea to read this case before watching the video so that you can follow the discussion. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to apply the SLP to the case study of the BT Group. Some questions at the end of the BT case study will guide you.
