5.2 Using the Sustainable Leadership Grid

This session is about applying the Sustainable Leadership Grid (SLG) to our living Case Study organisation. Here you use a rating scale to create a picture of the Honeybee and Locust leadership practices at the company, based on publicly-available information, such as annual reports and media articles. This provides you with a quick snapshot of where the company’s leadership is likely to be and reveals practices of concern.

We supply you with an Excel spreadsheet to collect the evidence you are basing this analysis on. The spreadsheet enables you to expand the contents of each cell to show the evidence. You will want to refer to and build on this analysis in later sessions.
