5.3 Using the Sustainable Leadership Pyramid & Workbook

In this session, you use the Sustainable Leadership Pyramid (SLP) workbook to conduct more detailed desk research into leadership at our living Case Study organisation. As you will recall, the focus of the SLP is on Honeybee practices. The workbook contains KPIs for each practice to guide a more indepth assessment. The summary table at the end of the Workbook enables you to gain an overview of the organisation’s leadership.
