Terms and Conditions

Preamble

The Institute for Sustainable Leadership Pty Ltd (ISL) is in the business of assembling, organising and explaining complex management and leadership relationships and processes. The fields of management and leadership are subject to different belief systems people hold, are influenced by personal and collective experiences and cultural traits, and can be described as both an art and a science. This means that in practice they do not reflect immutable facts but probabilistic tendencies that can vary with person and context.  ISL provides you with information and tools that we and significant others have found to be generally useful in helping managers and leaders enhance the performance of individuals, teams, organisations and nations for their benefit and for the benefit of a wide range of their stakeholders. Your ability to understand this information, your preparedness to accept its veracity, your ability and willingness to use it as intended, and others’ ability and willingness to heed your advice/decisions are in consequence of the above outside our control.
