European Hosts

The companies that host us are among the most successful organisations in the world. Hosts are carefully selected based on information available outside the organisation showing that the host operates on many, if not all, of 23 proven sustainable leadership practices.

An in-depth report on the company is then prepared and forwarded to the host to form the basis of discussion during the visit.

Participants shape the content of the discussion by contributing questions of interest that are also sent to the host as part of the report.

A stimulating, high-level discussion typically follows, engaging both senior representatives of the host organisations and the visitors, as they discuss the questions, other leadership challenges and topics of mutual interest.
